One of my goals for the next few months is to read all of the original Nancy Drew books (though, when I say that, I use the term "original" loosely). This is my least favorite one so far. It's just... boring.

That Nancy and Ned are getting hot and heavy - taking her to the Omega Chi Epsilon dance...that sneaky boy!

I read all the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boy books my grammy had while my mom and I were staying at her house in New Hampshire in 1989. It was over the summer between 3rd and 4th grade (so each of these will be marked as read in July, though some of them were probably read in June and August as well). As an adult, I don't remember much about them other than I was unable to put each book down until I finished it. Even in 1989, this was a fantastic series. As an frequent reader of YA, I'm tempted to pick one of these up again to see if it holds up.

I loved this book. I used to read this when I was younger and absolutely loved them and still to.
