The amount of DEPTH achieved in this book is unmatched. The whole story just kept giving in the best way.

Remarkable story. Incredible characters. Lots of tears. Lots of smiles. This book had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end.

My only wish is that I could wipe it from my memory and read it for the first time again.

when I started this series I guess I was expecting werewolves & love triangles since there’s really no synopsis anywhere but this is so so much better

myyyy god my heart was shattered over and over again reading this one & I’ve never felt more emotionally attached to characters I love them all so much (tyler deserves the world I love that man)

idk how I feel going into the third book though because what else is there to tell????!!?! here goes nothing I guess

Despite finding book one ‘just okay’, I ended up having to read on, because I’d been wanting more to do with the father and his maybe-shady business dealings and it finally got into that at the end.

So here we are…
And wow, this book was much better than ‘Flock’, IMO. I couldn’t put it down, and it was like a saga, with multiple parts / life phases. Very well executed. Wow

One thing that was clear: even if this story isn’t for everyone, that writing? This is excellent  writing. Will be sure to explore more by Stewart.

4 stars.

🎧 Audio:
Mostly great.
There were a lot of moments were both narrators talked at the same time, on purpose, but the audio wasn’t perfectly sync’d so it was painful to listen to. Aside from those, it was great. 4 stars.
