I didn't love it like the first one, and just want to finish the series.
I was not expecting so many plot twists, This book broke me, even though it got spoiled for me I was still not prepared for it and bawled.
But can we also talk about how dirty they did Sean, I was ROOOTING for him (and of course dom) but then she had to go and make him run off and get married & with TESSA!? don’t get me wrong i loved Tobias eventually but I was rooting for my man Sean, loved their little reunion though. It made my heart melt.
Cannot wait to read the third book- I didn’t think I was going to be able to get into this series but I’m so glad I gave it a try.

Easily a 6 star book. The audio narration is 10X experience. I can’t wait to go back and listen to b1 again and savor the young love, sunshine and good times to recover from the emotional reckoning that was exodus. I was not prepared for how emotional this book would be and I would do it all over 100 times. Absolutely one of the BEST BOOKS I have ever listened to.

I wish Tobias wasn’t the main love interest because he’s SCARY and not in a hot way. The book made light of SA and DV and he really manipulated and groomed her, not sexy at all just terrifying
The twist and mystery kept me in my toes
I would give this book a 3.5 but because the fact that I couldn’t put it down made it a 4

Holy wow, the development of characters in this trilogy is unmatched. I am mind blown at how hooked Kate Stewart keeps you. The spice level of this one is utter perfection nothing to crazy but damn does it keep you wanting more and more. Tobias, Dom and Sean holy wow.. C really has her work cut out for her. (not giving any spoilers) I am anticipating the development of 2 characters in particular they are captivating there relationship and banter with eachother is remarkable I am curios if Kate will pull the small simple life of if she is keeping things exciting.
