Book 1 was painful but I got 5% into this and realised I could not be arsed anymore the writing is worse!

Kinda meh. I was looking for the plot for 300 pages. and couldn't fibd it anywhere. The only thing I found is 3 different new kinks all involving dragons (don't ask). So... yes, I shamelessly kept reading for science. And now I understand the freaking donkey from Shrek

I was right. This book got spicier! While I enjoyed the spice and the characters getting to know each other, I feel the plot fell flat. While it was interesting and exciting, it also felt a bit disjointed. I'm hoping the plot holes get resolved in book 3.
