Still enjoying arc. Some of the battles are a bit drawn out
like the steam guy
. Fun seeing Naruto use his new ability.
especially with all the other teams. Wish we saw more of Sai and Kakashi. Fun seeing all the kages come together

Like the scene with hinato.

Fun reveal! Makes you wonder what's going on.

HATE how they made the mizukage say a stupid wedding line. Like they're at war I don't think girl would be thinking about g tting married right now.

I think Fairy Tail has spoiled me for Naruto a little. I got used to battles being so nice and streamlined... I have to admit, I'm wondering how the series can go on so much longer.

Still, some nice moments here. Lots of Gaara love, which makes me happy. The five Kages get a chance to be super badass, and that will continue into the next volume. Some other more minor characters get a few seconds to shine, which is nice. And Killer B is ridiculous.

Overall Rating: 9/10 - This is basically a re-read for me as I have been reading Naruto since 2002, and I read every initial chapter release. There is just so much I can say about Naruto all of it Naruto, except the Kaguya part. I firmly believe it was a useless plot in a way and i would have been more content if we would have gone directly to the Naruto/ Sasuke fight after Madara's "defeat" (seriously he wasn't defeated just used, like Obito, like so many others....). I don't feel like I should recommend this series, as it is pretty well known/ mainstream.

Do I recommend it:

I love seeing Gaara in action. He's probably my favorite -male- protagonist in this series. God he's grown so much from being a sociopathic antisocial demon-boy to a charismatic, stoic, ...empathetic LEADER of the Allied Ninja Army.. Woo!

Oh my God, it's the fight scene that just won't end. It's like Kishimoto wants me to expire from boredom. -_- Not much of a volume if the only reaction it inspires in me is a need to tell Naruto to sit down son (seriously child let the kages do their work. Tsunade needs that chakra and there is no reason it has to be you fighting every battle). 2.5 stars
