This is a good instalment in the Tiffany Aching series, but not my favourite one. Its nostalgic and fun but lacks some of the urgency and complexity of other Pratchett books. Of course, I am super grateful that it was able to be finished at all, so I can overlook lots of that.

The book does have an unfinished feeling to it, but with Pratchett's previous work, it does have a lot to live up to. Not to mention the expectations! Everyone wants this to be a swan song, and it is in a way. It was an emotional roller coaster, at least for me. You have to read it, just trust me.
