Disney might actually be the LOML. I ate this book up.

The banter. The determination. The desire. The spice. From front to back this book was perfect.

It is also unhinged, if you can’t handle birth control manipulation, stalker-tendencies, other forms of manipulation, etc… go elsewhere. If you’re like me, though, and use trigger warnings as a shopping list, you’re right where you belong!

Perfectly unhinged and morally grey! I don’t think I can out into words how Disney made me feel like HOT

I never thought my search history would include "dick piercing with friendship bracelet beads" but here we are.

Olivia is a popstar that has fallen from grace.  But with one look, Walker is ready to commit his life to her.  and get her to have his babies.  Olivia has plenty of reasons to be hesitant of people coming into her life especially the way her mom and manager used and manipulated her in the past.  But Walker comes in and knows he is the right man for her moving forward.

These men are walking red flags and I devour each one each time. If any of this happened in real life, you would need to run in the opposite direction, but here I want to run with open arms to any of the men from the Dallas Knights.  Yes it is considered dark romance, and Walker is over the top obsessed with Olivia, but in the best golden retriever way.  The wit, banter, and bro-mance with the Walker and the Circle of Trust brings an element of rom-com humor to a story that does contain some heavy moments.

Troy Duran and Alexis Paige once again bring these characters to life and the duet style narration adds a great dynamic.

*This is considered dark so check your CW if you need.

TLDR:
Was this a great book? No.
Did I have a good time? Absolutely!
Do I recommend? I don't know.
Will I read the next one? 100%!

Here's the thing, the book followed the same formula as the first two and I still gobbled it up.
-FMC hella family trauma, hella insecurity issues, lack of trust in herself, and lack of love for herself
-MMC obsessed from the moment their eyes meet, will do anything to get the girl, also to save her from aforementioned shitty family

As with the first two, this book desperately needs a new editor, another editor, an editor to begin with, I'm not sure, but it needs more eyes on it before it hit KU.
-Repetition on phrases: "minutes turned into hours" - I counted at least 5 of these in the book, two within the first 17 pages! There has to be another way to tell us about the passage of slow, boring, time.
-Continuity issues! He takes his pants off twice within a 60 second window. At one point the MMC responds to a question never asked by FMC, and not in a way of like "he knows what she's thinking before she says something" very much in a continuation of a conversation, we just missed out on part of the convo.

The introduction of the two new characters who are in the next two books felt a little forced and dropping them both at the same time was hard to track. There was a combo of first name, last name, and nicknames, so I often wasn't sure who we were talking about.
