Ooof. She’s 46, I get it…
I’ve liked the rest of the series but this one was a snooze fest with the plot being dull and drawn out. I had high hopes for this reverse age gap story that was supposed to empower women in their 40’s but it was just flat. Pondered DNF this read however forced myself to push through the final 100 pages. If you’re reading this series, just skip over this one.

I wanted to love this book. I liked Callum in the other books and I loved the idea of an older woman, but this one just didn't do it for me. It's the degradation kink that I just can't stomach.
I liked their story. Elodie Hart's prose is beautiful. Aida is what so many women aspire to be and she is written so well in this book. The angst with how the viewers would see their story unfold was perfection. This book wasn't my favorite of the series, but it is definitely my #3.
