Si Ángel Mecánico te gustó, y te emocionaron sus personajes, Príncipe Mecánico no hará más que aumentar esa obsesión. Es un libro fundamentalmente centrado en los personajes, sus pensamientos, forma de ser y sus temas personales. Durante la primera mitad del libro se centra mucho en ello para, hacia la mitad del libro, retomar la trama principal pero enfocada hacia la investigación sin olvidar las intrigas. Es un libro que, aunque tiene acción, no demasiada y muy concentrada en el final. Eso sí, el final del libro te dejará de piedra y deseando coger el tercero para hincarle el diente.
