This is a raw and passionate book from Madison this time. Her books always hits on the feels but you get to feel the torment that Xavier is going through. Then you have Vivienne just wanting to be there for him. Seeing their relationship develop as the story plays out was beautiful to read. The wit and banter plus that sizzle added to a story that will make your heart happy. Of course, you root for Beatrice as well! I think what I am enjoying about this series is that it is a great blend from the past books and that gives it so much more depth. Great read from Madison!

I received an ARC of this book to review.

This is the second book in the Made For series, but it can be read as a standalone. It’s an enemies-to-lovers grumpy/sunshine sports romance.

Xavier and Vivienne are next door neighbors when Vivienne buys a boat next to his. He’s grumpy and doesn’t want anything to do with her. Eventually, he starts talking to her and letting her in.

There were topics on mental health, and I love that Natasha didn’t just skate over them. She addressed them and had the characters work through them.

This was such a cute story with a HEA. The only problem was that this is a standalone, but mentioned a lot of other people from other series/books, and I got confused trying to figure out who was who and their relation to Vivienne.

✨ I received this book as an ARC for my honest review✨

Rate: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vivienne and Xavier’s story is such a refreshing take on the grumpy-sunshine trope! When Vivienne decides to live on a boat for the summer, she definitely throws her family for a loop. Her new neighbor, Xavier, a former hockey player, is initially all about keeping to himself—especially with his adorable dog, Beatrice, who honestly steals the show.

As the two get to know each other (thanks to Beatrice), their relationship evolves from amusing banter to a deeper connection. Vivienne’s humorous and straightforward personality clashes beautifully with Xavier’s grumpy exterior, and the chemistry between them is electric.

What I loved most was how the story tackled Xavier’s mental health issues with honesty and compassion. He left professional hockey to prioritize his well-being, and Vivienne becomes his biggest supporter as he navigates his struggles. Their conversations are real, heartfelt, and often hilarious, especially when Beatrice is involved. I really appreciated how open they were with each other—Xavier about his mental health struggles and Vivienne about her secret life as an author! Who Xavier is a HUGE fan of!!

The family dynamics add another layer, showcasing the Grant family's unwavering support for their kids. Overall, this book is a perfect mix of humor, romance, and genuine emotion, and I can’t wait for the next one in the series!

This book was amazing. Any book by Natasha Madison is an automatic read for me, and this one did not disappoint. Vivienne and Xavier were two of the best leads I think she has ever written. Vivienne is so different from the rest of her family, preferring the solitude over being with them all the time. Xavier has shut himself off from the world after going through something devastating. Since they are neighbors, living on boats docked next to each other over the summer, it is impossible for them to avoid each other. Their romance was a bit of a slow burn, but I loved how they built a friendship first and opened up to each other about things they didn't talk to anyone else about. It really made their relationship so deep and strong from the beginning.
Natasha dealt with some heavy and intense subject matter in this book and she did so with such empathy and grace, it was beautiful to read. I was on the verge of tears at so many points in this book, my heart ached for everything Xavier dealt with while feeling like he had no support.
Appearances by the rest of the Stone/Grant/Horton clan are always a treat, just when you think that family cant be any funnier or crazier, they do something else to make us laugh and shake our heads. If I could give Vivienne and Xavier's story more than 5 stars I would!!
"Every single time my lips touch hers, it’s like a piece of me is put back together. Every single time my lips touch hers, it’s like breathing becomes that much easier. Every single time my lips touch hers, it’s like I’ve finally found my home."

This was a super quick easy read. I actually enjoyed it. I do wish it was a little bit more plot heavy and alittle bit less insta lust but overall not bad!

This was such a fun romance and follow up to Made for Me. I am really enjoying this series! I love how all the previous characters from Natasha's series come in and out, they are honestly a hoot and add such a fun element, this time with papa bear being all protective of his daughter!

This book follows Vivienne, who has decided to change things up, bought herself a boat and is going live on it, even though she doesn't know the first thing about boating! There she meets Xavier and his lovable dog Beatrice. Xavier has been hiding away from the world since leaving hockey, sailing between New York and Florida. At first they aren't each other's biggest fan, but things heat up as they sail the open waters.

I just wanted to give Xavier all the hugs for all the struggles he went through. Him and Beatrice were so funny together, with all their "chats"... I love a good pet sidekick! I really appreciated the attention on mental health and anxiety, especially in sports.

As always Natasha's writing is amazing, the spice was on point and overall this was a fun and endearing romance between Vivienne and Xavier! Already looking forward to the next book!

The world is so small, but wow do I love it.
This is a beautiful story of finding someone who you can be yourself with and who doesnt judge you.

It is great to see this focus on mens mental health, and maybe even more the mental health of male professional athletes. It is so needed and of course thses awesome guys in the Stone/Grant-family and universe are there to support and stand with him.

•••i recieved a copy of this book for my homest review. All opinioms are my own•••
