No plot, ✨just vibes✨

Por una parte, siento que no entendí; por otra, no hay mucho que entender.

Grotesco, interesante e inquietante en proporciones similares.

La historia de entre medio me pareció llamativa.

La verdad, este no es mi género.

This was a big no from me. Sure, there’s probably some “deeper meanings” to be discussed, but I’m here for a good story and that was not served. The inserted story was 100 percent pointless to the other story… tho the twist in that one made the dumb ass decisions make sense… it was still a lame story. The banter between the other dudes was bleak AF. I couldn’t be in that relationship, because I would have murdered way earlier. Oh, and let’s circle back to the story inserted… what was that sex scene

What on God's green Earth is this even about? LaRocca's prose is outstanding - some of the most beautiful, yet jarring descriptions I've ever read. But this was literally just a collection of weird spooky vibes with no plot and no connections between them. Very hard to follow.
