I’ve read a couple of Liane Moriartys books now and there’s always a good thriller. I liked the concept of the story and it was a bit different to typical thrillers and there was enough to keep you going. I thought that some of the clues were a bit obvious / slightly shoe horned in to make it all make sense , but it was well written so I did enjoy it and kept going even though it’s quite long
Liane’s books are very hit or miss for me. This one was a miss. Character development was good but the storyline really fell flat for me.
What a beautiful story. It was so relatable it made my heart hurt. I laughed and cried and became attached. It got just a little bogged down, right before it got really great. One of my favorite books ever. Love, love!

80% of this book is 4 star worthy; the last chapters (except the very last one) just kind of seemed unnecessary to the storyline…but still a good read

The book felt a little too long at moments but I thought the ending was really solid and there were good moments thru out
A bit different from her other books.
Not bad, engaging characters, each with their own quirks.
Seemed to cover all the bases on the children, everyone seemed a bit odd.
Tennis was the only life they were able to lead.
Lots of twists and turns that make sense in the end.
Covid even played a part in the story due to the timing of her writing.
A good read over all.

3 1/2ish??? I liked it but it was sorta drawn out and slow and the ending was disappointing
This was a good book. Listened at night, so missed some of it when I fell asleep, so going to go back and listen again!
