Ryder and Branna's relationship begins to crack as secrets are revealed about their pasts, but never give up hope of finding each other. This book included a lot of serious moments, as well as hot and passionate situations. We learned about Ryder's secrets and truths, and we got to know the sassy, a bit lost, and unhappy Branna. Beautiful flashbacks from the start of their relationship to the point where they sensed something was happening to them that could undermine their love and stability as a pair. Ryder was lost and made many mistakes, but his feelings for Branna are undeniable. He was nice, patient, and honest before being pushed to act and do risky things. He had no idea how this would influence Branna and their relationship. The book shows that true love, pure love, can overcome any difficulty.

Okay first let me start by saying holy effing shit!
LA Casey did not disappoint with Ryder.. then again she never does with her books. Ryder takes you on a journey that is unexpected.
We meet Branna and Ryder again at Kane and Ado's apartment, well everyone is there really. Branna is in a rut with her boyfriend Ryder and doesn’t know which way to go with it anymore.
Ryder has closed himself off from the one person who loves him fully and would do anything for him. But what he is doing could destroy everything they have and he could lose her.. for good.
What do you do when you come to a crossroads and don’t know where to go?
Do you risk it or try to endure with hurt?
Ryder and Branna open each others eyes and you see what a relationship that is put through the ringer can achieve in one another. There is always pain, some happy, and most of all regret in every situation that involves someone that you love.
Branna is put into a situation that has only one conclusion in her mind and when she makes a decision that could ultimately uproot her life she decides to do it for herself, for once. She has always put everyone else before her and that there in lies the problem and why being alone is never the answer when your hurting.
Ryder, well lets be honest, he is a dick in this one! I'm sorry but he is. He is cold and in a few moments downright heartless. Ryder is everything that entails the attentive boyfriend until a piece from his horrible past comes back to bite him in the ass and he has to suffer from it but what happens during that time could ultimately kill him and leave him empty.
These brothers and there women will always have a place in me heart!
Some more so than others but when they hurt, I hurt and what I felt at only the 6th chapter of this book is something that can only happen when the best writer can push that emotion from words.
LA Casey is truly gifted and that is why without a doubt no matter what, I read her books and I really do fall in love with them. Being able to be pulled that much into a book and feel it all is a gift and that’s why I read soo much!
If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would because I really really loved this book and I need more. I am always left wanting more and I know I will get them, eventually!
However long the wait it will be worth it!

Honestly I would give this book 10 stars if I could. A true example of peaks and valleys. L.A. Casey knocked this one out of the park, once again! I swooned, I cried, I laughed and and yelled! One of the many wonderful things about this specific author is her ability to have the reader feel a part of the story and connect with the family and its goings-on which is a feat in itself, but factor in the stories are all based in Ireland and I am very very American— Feeling apart of the story and not disjointed is an incredible accomplishment. I dare you to read any of these books, but Ryder especially and not just completely fall over yourself in love x This fangirl is incredibly impressed.

Anche qui non mancano i colpi di scena. Ho sofferto con la nostra amata Branna per queste continue liti con l'uomo che ama, ma ho anche gioito con lei con la nascita della piccola Georgie Branna Slater, e con il fatto che appena ha ammesso che la sua storia è arrivata al punto di rottura, tutti le sono stati accanto. Quello più preoccupato è senz'altro Damien, che la considera come una mamma dato che dall'inizio della sua relazione con Ryder si è presa cura di lui e dei suoi fratelli. Lo stile della scrittrice migliora libro dopo libro, e nessuna delle storie è uguale alla precedente, ogni storia ha i suoi problemi e ogni coppia ha i suoi ostacoli da superare per essere finalmente felici.

This was a short read. I love all of the Slater boys. They are men who love their women fiercely. Also, their women are the best counterparts for them. This was no exception. Ryder loves Branna, Braughn's older sister even though he doesn't say it. Ryder is one of the perfect Slater boys. He is a bad boy with a heart of gold. I love the way he protects his family and especially how much he is willing to sacrificing himself to protect his woman.
Branna is a confident woman who wants her love for Ryder to be noticed. It was nice to see her put herself out there to let her one-sided love be know. I hope the short story from Branna's POV will have them as a couple. Overall, an enjoyable read.

Slater brothers have done it again. They have made me swoon, fall in love with their Irish environment, they family bonds, their ways of forgiving, and their willingness to do anything for those you love. This just like every other Slater brother book was top notch amazing! Now please please please can we finally get Damien's story... I have waited for his story since reading Dominic. I swoon over a darkness in a person and Damien had at book 1 in this series! Looking forward to his book and please don't make us wait too long!

This was my favourite so far in the series. I think the writing was better and the storyline was more in-depth and emotional, completely grabbing you by the feels. If that's even possible with how good the previous books have been. I cannot wait for the rest of the books because I finished this one in a matter of hours.
