This was an easy read about a wedding weekend on Nantucket and all the characters' trials and tribulations.
Really cute, light story about the family of a bride & groom at a wedding in Nantucket. Like all Elin Hilderbrand novels, everyone in the story is rich & the females are a little too dependent on the males in my opinion, but the story is easy & a fun read.

The thing I love about her books is all of her characters are relatable on some level and therefore have flaws since we all have flaws.

3.5 stars The book makes me want to be rich and live on Nantucket. How these people intertwined amongst each other was crazy. I have to say that I would have strangled Helen. The book was cute there were sad undertones from Beth's death. I think the author did a good job describing the emotions of everyone one. Although there were a few people I would have punched in the nose.
This was a great beach read in the classic Elin Hilderbrand way.

This one was good, but it wasn't anything super exciting. Elin loves a good family drama, and she's really good at telling it. I don't know how she manages to keep all the characters' storylines straight. I thought I was going to be overwhelmed with all the characters, but I surprisingly wasn't.
About halfway through the book, I was wondering if anything exciting was going to happen. Since the story was very character driven, it was more of a bunch of little things and not one major overarching plot that took hold of the story.
I would definitely recommend this one, especially to people who enjoy character-driven books. It just wasn't my favorite Elin.
