Overall this book kept me entertained, the plot could have been written better. The introduction of Hayden was great, leaving the reader wanted to know his past and why but the book didn’t dive into he past of what made him that way other then small mentions of his mothers death. It then just dives into Calista working and poor. But I did like the mystery of who Hayden is to Calista. Calista seemed like a spit fire at time and very submissive other times which was very conflicting to me. I also didn’t like the Calista only wanted him when he was give her something of monetary value, making her seem to be a gold digger but then she’s all sweet and innocent. Overall I found the plot to be interesting but could use more context, but leaving on a cliff hanger made me antsy to read the next one
