Vaughn and Lenora
Vaughn and Lenny~
I thought for sure Thai book would blow all the rest away. It sadly didn’t. The story wasn’t bad. Both Vaughn and Lenny were great. It just lacked something.
It makes perfect sense why Vaughn is so dark and distant.

4.5 Stars!
While reading this, I wasn't sure I would ever be able to see Vaughn as any kind of a hero. He was such a horrible, twisted dick! The things he did!!! I couldn't imagine anyone with a brain or an ounce self-respect having anything to do with him.
It's quite a feat of storytelling prowess for an author to change my feelings of intense loathing for a protagonist, to feelings of understanding and sympathy, and then even to affection. I certainly didn't believe it could be a possibility through so much of this book. But, I'm glad I was wrong.
This was a powerful story, and an excellent conclusion to the Sinners of Saint's "Next Generation" series.

A Love spanning Continents...Lives ruined...Bloodshed...Epic.
A couple years ago when I used almost this exact same title for my Vicious review, not for a minute could I have imagined it would be so fitting for his son’s book too. And both are completely different books, mind you. But this was, truly incredibly epic. It is part high school bully romance, part psychosocial commentary, part family drama, all correct descriptors but nowhere near enough to describe the scope of this story. It’s a piece of art carved in painstaking detail, chiseled with finesse, and painted in the bold brushstrokes of the author’s passion for her characters.
The beginning is slow, almost languid in setting the stage for the emotional whirlwind to follow. And I was glad it was that way, a slow burn, because this story deserved that treatment. What follows is a heartbreaking, sexy, sometimes dark, at times devastating, powerful love story for the ages that’ll make you want to do everything from laugh to cry to toss back a few shots and then throw your kindle.
You might think you had a gauge of Lenora in the last book, but you know nothing, Jon Snow. She’s unexpected, sweet, talented, ambitious, sassy, strong, scared, bloodthirsty, and so very human. When I think Lenora I think girl power anthems and sweet chocolate treats. And Vaughn, oh my sweet beautiful broken baby sociopath Vaughn. There could be so many things I could say about his Godliness, or his utter humanness, but the boy within the man is what truly slayed me. That cold, hard, unfeeling exterior has a squishy marshmallow heart in there somewhere. They’re both beautifully messed up and perfectly flawed, and apart from a ton of pain and heartache, that also makes for some kinky freaky times. She is indeed the warrior Goddess his angry God deserves, each of them equally intense and unique in a world full of clones. Also, you’d be surprised at how adorable they are.
Not everything is sunshine and rainbows however (kidding, nothing is). My boy has some serious demons, and he unleashes them in force by acting out in ways that are going to be tough to swallow for some. Even she acts out when it is called for. I didn’t care, I wanted to set fire to the world right along with them and watch it burn. Going into this book like a trust fall, i.e. blind, is the best way to experience its magic. This book is not for the easily triggered, but it hurt me, stimulated me, obliterated me. It blew any expectations I had out of the water while being every single thing I needed it to be. I’ve basically signed away my blood and soul to Vaughn and Lenora. Not to forget Vicious and Emilia, because they own equal parts of my soul too, with their big pink and black energy.
*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own*

HELLOOOO?!?!?
this book had no right being this good.
The only thing that I DIDN'T like is that comebacks in the first half were really bad.
Like, they would just say a BUNCH of shit and thats it.
OTHER THAN THAT, THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD.
I love them together. They healed each other in their way, loved each other in their way.

Thoughts: I just can't swallow the trauma that these guys and gals had to go through in this series, it seemed completely unreal and unnecessary for this to happen for so long under a roof that Vicious owns ( or any of the totholes). Like I just don't believe it. Very unhappy with this series and this author - it almost feels like she just took a dookie on the OG couples and expected us to be all " YAASSS it's cool, no worries we still love you!"
NO.
