All Saints High gehört mit Sinners of Saint zu meiner Lieblingsreihe.

i was really excited for vaughns story but yeah i really didn't enjoy it...
This book was quite a surprise. Shen really knows how to write but I think this is her best yet. She brilliantly plays the long game setting up the MCs motives, actions and feelings. You know it’s a tale of love and hate and, being a romance, where it’s going but the route is pretty crazy and surprising and there is so much more to it than great MCs. The heroine's character and role feels like it evolves differently than the usual. The plot was really complex and delicately handled, she really crafted her secondary characters (even the chocolatier gets her 15 seconds!). What really astounds me is how well Shen manages to transform these 2 characters— slowly breathing life back into a boy who seems cold and unlikable while simultaneously sculpting Lenora’s character from her blank into fully formed, interesting human, much like Vaughn carves his marble.
I loved how she developed the MCs families. She even managed to create a smidgeon of empathy for that twat Arabella (but makes sure we know how she really feels toward her when Vaughn shares some final thoughts!) The book had its small flaws but the overall arc was so good, they are easy to overlook.
Vicious was the first book I read by Shen and reading it was a bit like watching a train wreck given that it was about super wealthy teens and a very lord of the flies high school experience, 2 topics I had very little interest in or exposure to. But I was fascinated despite myself, a testament to Shen’s imagination and skill. I'm going to reread it now!

Well, I still have to process the end of this book.
Angry God, the latest chapter in the All Saints Hights series tells the story of Vaughn and Lenora.
We know that Vaughn is the son of Vicious and Emilia, we now know them very well from the first book Vicious! And this last was the book who started me in this wonderful world of L.J. Shen.
Sometimes I wanted to ruin her, sometimes save her, and most times I was indifferent to her existence, save for what her stupid body made me feel.
Vaughn is a "silent" boy and this way of being is understood as darkness. A handsome boy who can have any girl, in short, he remembers very much our beloved Vicious. I can see that in character Vaughn is very similar to his father and has taken his passion for art from his mother, Emilia.
“Every painful goodbye starts with a wonderful hello.”
I loved everything about Lenora, her personality, her grit, her strength! Together with Vaughn, they're like two pieces of a puzzle that fit together, they're made to be together!
L.J. Shen has tried her hand at a story not easy to write, emotionally speaking, this was one of the most intense books written by the author!
From Vicious and Emilia's behavior, to Vaughn's exhibitionism, Lenora's obstinacy and Arabella's bitchiness.
Everything is perfect!
“This hurts,” he said angrily. Pain. I’d doubted he was able to experience the feeling until now, much less confess it.
“Why?”
“Because you’re better than me. And it’s fucking killing me.”

Heart-stopping!!!
Wow!
This story was heart-stopping, emotional with so many deep secrets. The writing is superb, you follow each character through their individual experiences and understand the way that person is.
So many things can happen in our lives that cause changes in our personality, yet others around us may never understand until we communicate.
Vaughn and Lenora's story is a powerful one. They both have their strengths laid out in this story. They both compliment each other perfectly. Vicious and Emilia also pay little visits to this story...as Vaughn's parents!!
Reasons I enjoyed this book:
Easy-to-read, Entertaining, Original, Page-turner, Romantic, Tear-jerker, Twisted, Wonderful characters

Honestly the first half of the book didnt make any sense and I would've been better if it wasn't there, i put one star for the two main characters and that's it.
Kinda disappointing the ending and doesn't do the couple justice, also I get that the book is fictional and all that, but u dont overcome child abuse like that so maybe if she'd done her research it would've better and not that stupid and maybe stop making the same endings over and over again and change could be nice too.
And the book was also overhyped for nothing.

This is the last book in this series and it was really good. I liked how both Vaughn and Lenora helped each other. The twists this book had was heartbreaking, I’m so glad this book had an happy ending which didn’t feel rushed or anything. This book was fast paced and didn’t have a bunch of annoying break up scenes but miscommunication was constant and annoying. Seeing the characters grow through out this book was amazing!!

Really liked the story, but wasn’t totally sold on the soulmates romance.
