I really enjoyed this book. I loved the characters and the pirates of the Caribbean theme. I also, liked the romance and not a ton of smut. Although, I did tell my sister that she is a smut lover and will probably like this story especially since it sounds like the next one will have more smut. Overall a good story and I want to read the rest of the story.

This book was a hot mess and not in a good way. I love pirate stories and sirens but this novel had no character depth, a completely nonsensical and poorly paced plot, and lackluster writing. I could say so much more but I've already wasted enough time on this story.
