2.5 ⭐️ if it weren’t for the audiobook, I would have no idea how to pronounce anyone’s name in this book. Also I feel that I have more questions now than I did before… one being: what is a Dawnshard??

This is more like a 3.8 ish. I really struggled to get into this but looking back and finding explanations helps me realize how important this was. I am not sure why but I just felt like I was dragging through this book in ways I have not others, but that could be because I was in the middle of a few Star Wars books while reading this. Regardless, this was a good interlude and introduced some new world building which I am excited about. Looking forward to Rythm of War. I am thinking of revisiting this in the future and wonder if it will grow on me.
