This was a beautiful book that explored the vastness and limitations of many types of familial, romantic, and self love. My heart broke in different ways while reading this book and then was knit back together with tears and joy. The author did an incredible job of making the characters multifaceted and complex and I feel I really got to know all the characters well, which helped me to be invested in each character's story. There were a few decisions that the characters made that I feel was not on par with the characters personalities or motivations and I would have loved some more insight into their minds regarding those choices and that took me out of the story a bit. Overall a great read and a well written story.
