my favourite author... i love this book. the protagonist's journey is fascinating, i especially love the relationship she has with her brother and the insights to her family. read it in one sitting and adored it the whole time. i dream to be able to write like this--i love the childhood anecdotes, the timeskips and the way it jumps through time.

This was an incredibly accurate picture of what my anxiety looks like when I just let it run rampant in my brain. I did feel a little physically ill at some points of the book because of that, so great job on that! The "murder mystery" plot was okay, but it did make me a bit sad. 
Overall, a good book, but I don't like the feelings it gave me.
