at first it was just funny and relatable in a fun way but then i started crying at every single pages i cried for eli i cried for gilda i cried for literally everyone and myself but it still brought me comfort at the end that she’s back with eleanor and now i just hope eli will get better and become his true self

gilda is very relatable. i feel like a lot of people who struggle with their mental health think about death a lot and what happens after. i feel like i used to have the same mindset as her, so reading her thought process felt like “damn is this play about us”. regardless, i’m a big fan of the writing style, some parts were pretty funny, especially the ones where gilda embarrasses herself.
