I think this book was personally very cathartic. The way her depression and anxiety read was very familiar and watching her grapple with it made me feel less alone.

So interesting and astonishingly written.
Really needed the anxiety rep.
This book is deeply moving while being weirdly funny at times. It’s supposed to be weird and also keep you on your toes and that’s what I loved about it.

A quirky, offbeat read that I liked but didn’t love. Most of the characters were unlikeable — which I think was intentional — but it made it harder to connect. The main character’s choices often felt so absurd they pulled me out of the story. For me, this one’s a 50/50 recommendation.
