So, the connection that I expected between Nikola Tesla and Nick Slate (Tesla and Slate are anagrams) want quite what I expected, but maybe better. I'm definitely recommending these books to folks because I loved them. I'm also really hope there's a follow through with that setup for a new adventure at the end.

Super fun and exciting! Some twists I saw coming, others I didn't. I really liked the way this book ended the series. Quite perfect in my opinion!

Immensely enjoyable. The only other book I’ve eaten up daytime hours to finish this year is Network Effect by Martha Wells (which may be among the best sci-fi I’ve ever read). This is a great series. Reads fast. Lots of fun.

It has a nice ending and overall, did the story justice. I like how it tied everything together and left no loose ends!

I listened to the German audio version of this series, something I rarely do with a book that is originally in English. I finished the first two volumes a while ago, since they were easily accessible to me through my e-library. They did not have the third volume on audio, and I did not want to read it in book format, as I enjoyed the narration so much. I finally found a way to get at the CD and transfer it to my phone as a playlist. It was worth the effort.

What I enjoy so much about this trilogy is that it is for the most part lighthearted, imaginative fun, with beautifully overdone villains, and in addition deals with some deeper questions on ethics and personal growth.

But why was it only the girls who ever changed that baby‘s diapers? And what about the black boy? I liked him lots, but wasn’t it a bit strange to only introduce him in the last book?

In this third book in the Accelerati Trilogy, Nick and his friends are battling not just the Accelerati but Thomas Edison himself. Now that the F.R.E.E. has worked once, Edison wants to not only harness the power but own it. It is a race against time, as the asteroid continues to build up its electrical charge as it circles the earth. This must be safely released or it could mean the end of life on earth. Nothing is as it seems in this final book -- enemies are now allies and both time and space are flexible. Mitch, Caitlin, Vince, and even Petula all grapple with their own fears to do what is right, nut just for themselves, but for their friends and the world as a whole. With all of the humor and adventure of the first two, this is the perfect finale to a fantastic trilogy. Recommended for grades 4 & up. Must read the series in order.

I love this series! Things get crazy in this book and divided in ways you can't imagine before tucking in all loose ends. Great book for young adults and adults alike. My son and I both loved them.
