Really enjoyable and unique

The blurb to this caught my attention - an ace, femme, neuroatypical guy with anxiety having a crush on someone - and the book delivered even more than I hoped for. We are in Izzy’s POV the whole time, which is done really well. Izzy is brilliant, but he often doesn’t GET nuances and social cues, so we the readers are often left knowing what’s really going on and waiting for Izzy to figure it out.

It’s charming and unique and has FEELS (yes, I cried as well as laughed). I was a tiny bit dissatisfied with where/how it ended; it was such a struggle to GET there that I would have liked to see more of how things worked when they were settled. I’d also call it a bit more of an HFN than an HEA, which I suppose fits for college students, though I feel there’s definite hope for them to last. Still, that doesn’t stop me from loving it and recommending it highly.

I'm not really sure what to say about this book other than I've probably read it 6 times this year. Something about it bring me back again and again.

It is unreadable in this format with no indentations for paragraph separations and simply one large brick of text. Sad to see such was seems would be a great story to go to waste.

I loved Iz and the way his mind works. This was such a sweet story. Rocco and Ronnie are so cute and watching them slowly romance Izzy was adorable. I wish there was more time spent seeing them function as a throuple. I hope there are more books because Izzy is the best.

I was here for a polyam romance with an ace spec character and instead I got 200 pages of journey to that and maybe a chapter and half of them all in a relationship and it left me grumpy and incredibly irritated.

With this blurb this book had a lot of things I should have liked.
But I couldn't get into it. I couldn't connect with the characters at all. It felt for me like there was too much put into this characters. This was not for me.
