Detective Ellis is under pressure to as the lead investigator hints that he is going to bring Al in as the primary suspect in the murder of London's mayor. Ellis has no hard evidence that Al isn't the murderer, but he makes a couple of final moves to help those involved make some moves, some wiser than others. Al's bosses open up to him about being racially profiled by the policy when they were younger, and they offer Al guidance and free food, as well as a shoulder if he needs it. Finally, Al is contacted by his half brother and given and ultimatum.

What I loved most about this series - especially in this finale - was the discussion of so many social issues, such as racism and mental health. This took this superb murder mystery to a whole new level.

this series was a weird one but i did like it. the ending was a little rushed but honestly the mystery was never that mysterious anyway. the relationship between al and ellis is the main selling point here. along with the beautiful art - this is one of the most unique and eye catching art styles i’ve ever come across in a manga and i definitely want to see more.

I thought this ending felt rushed, but I loved getting some expansion on the characters surrounding the main character's life like his bosses.  Also spent a lot of time in the beginning with a side character I thought would play more of a role and then dropped off with nothing.

Patiently waiting to see how the relationship between the two characters progress. Especially since there are two mysteries that need solving.
