Finally the end of this series. It was a reasonably satisfying end. I enjoyed the ride a lot. The parent drama seemed to resolve itself too quickly and neatly. And the love interest for each girl was funny. Along the series, each one went through several boys or girls and most of them seemed like they were "the ones" for them, but in the end *SPOILER* they end up with whoever they were last with. I'd have rather seen Hanna back with Lucas than irritating Mike. I did like Spencer ending up with Andrew though. I also like the open ending, though I don't care to read more, I don't think. I am interested in more from this author though.
As I understand it this was intended to be the last in the series. This definitely explains why Shepard goes all out to turn everything we thought we knew on its head.
The easiest thing to say about this is that after getting through the first seven books - some of which are more appealing than others - Wanted is a fitting end to the series. Coming to this so much later I do wonder how Shepard then managed to spin the series out for a further eight books!
In Wanted we get a much creepier feel. Some questions are answered, while there are lots more raised. It's safe to say that things don't go quite as we expect, and there's a dramatic climax that still manages to leave us hanging.

Lesson number 1 'A' never dies. Ah, Alison twin sister theory was so original in a way and not use in the tv show made it so good to read about. This book was so full of twist that I can't choose my favourite yet. A lot of people believe after reading the books in this series it should have been the end and to some extent, I agree but I'm someone who likes to dive more in a series I like so it was okay that the series continued and I plan n reading all of them.
Hah.. In the acknowledgements she says that this is the last book. Well then why is there another 4 books the 4th of which hasn't been released yet.
Hanna, Emily, Spencer, and Aria have finally found closure of their best friend, Alison's, murder. They've finally stopped receiving threatening letters from "-A" that contains all their wicked secrets. Suddenly, all of Rosewood turns upside down when a major twist changes everything. Maybe A isn't done with the girls after all.

If I had to describe this book in one word it would be outrageous. Although I’ve had the big reveal spoiled for me for yearsthe fact that Ali had an “evil twin” named Courtney , it still came so out of left field that I wish I would’ve been able to have a genuine reaction while reading lol. Although this one was entertaining, the series has lost its luster in my eyes - I can’t help but thinking “less is more” as I continue to read on. I think Shepard becomes so focused on creating jaw-dropping moments that the story itself becomes way too unrealistic (even for a far-fetched popcorn read like Pretty Little Liars).

Another great book in the PLL series. Every time I start one of these books I finish it within a day, I just can't get enough! I always feel like I need to know what is going to happen next. This series is so addicting. This one was a little confusing with all of the . I felt bad for Hanna and Mike throughout most of the book and was sure that . I think that the story line for this book was a little more far fetched than some of the other ones. It's interesting that this was supposed to be the last book in the series but it turns out that there are 3 more books out now and more coming. I can't wait to read what happens next.
