So horrible that I am actually angry I read past the fourth book, which I believe was the original end of this series. I can't imagine this shit continuing for another four books, it has gotten so contrived. Yeah, so ranting about the eighth book in the Pretty Little Liars series is sort of like buying one of those 99 cent frozen pizzas and going "WHY DOES THIS TASTE LIKE NOTHING I DEMAND TO KNOW", but it managed to be sort of witty and relatively thrilling into even the sixth book! I expected better.

SpoilerSecret killer twins!
That's so freaking bad!

Wanted is the final book in the Pretty Little Liars 8 book series. The series so far has been quite a ride and this book is no exception. The final book is full of surprises and suspense and addresses many of the major questions hanging over the series.

There were many suspects in the killing of Rosewood’s Ali, but who really did the deed? And was Ali dead after all? In the end, I thought the killer’s identity plot device was a bit gimmicky and cliche. I wondered why were the girl’s so trusting of Courtney? Have they learned anything throughout this series? The ending was appropriately dark and creepy and in keeping with the series. I don’t think there were enough clues presented in the series to figure out the ending, but some clues are there if you dig deep enough.

The series overall is highly entertaining for teens and adults alike. I’m glad I read this series and I’m sure it will enhance my enjoyment of the ABC Family series.

More like 3.5* I have mixed feelings about this book. It was a fast read, but I kept getting confused about who was Ali and who was Courtney, and I spent so much time trying to figure out which girl was really alive that it was distracting. The things that I did like: Hanna's mom finally coming back and kicking that horrible Kate out of the house. Aria finally telling her mom and Ella dumping that jerk of a boyfriend. The Liars finally being friends again. I was super surprised about Ali kidnapping Melissa an locking her in the closet with her very dead boyfriend. When I was focused on the story instead of which twin was which it was very enjoyable. I am curious as to what is going to happen next.

Probably one of my favorites since the first book. A fast paced and twisting plot that kept me interested until the end. And , as always, left me with more questions.

After seven deliciously juicy segments in the Pretty Little Liars saga, I must say I was expecting big things from the final book. Following on from so many cliffhangers and loose ends left untied throughout these books meant that I was immensely looking forward to discovering "the truth" behind what really happened to the beautiful, perfect Alison DiLaurentis. In fact, I even found myself worrying that the book would not manage to live up to my expectations, and I couldn't help hoping that I would not be disappointed by a mediocre ending to a series that had kept me guessing for months (it would've been decidedly less time had Amazon not messed up my order for "Heartless").

I think it's safe to say that "Wanted" delivered everything I wanted (if you'll pardon the pun) and more!

Sara Shepard taught me to expect the unexpected, and I had spent many an evening formulating theories of who really killed Alison. Never in a million years did I even consider the final twist- the one that made everything add up. The one that finally made it all make sense in a creepy, heartbreaking way. I was, by the end of the book, genuinely mindblown.

Told through the haunting narrative of Sara Shepard, the final book in the Pretty Little Liars series will keep you up for nights after you turn the final page, formulating conspiracies and hoping it wasn't "based on a true story". You'll find yourself shuddering as you remember the haunting narrative at the end. If it's not enough to make you resolve never to tell another lie, I don't know what is.

Enjoy the book! Kisses!

PS- I am aware that Sara Shepard will be releasing four more books in the series, although now that we know what really happened to Alison, I'm not sure how she's going to continue the storyline. I was really pleased with the ending as it is and therefore don't think any more really needs to be written.

Wow! The books in this series just get better with each new addition. Yes, I had my suspicions about what was going on at times by the hints dropped, but I never would have expected this plot twist. Now I can't wait to see what's in store for the girls next :D

Honestly, this has been the best one of the series so far. I didn't even care that A was considerably silent throughout the story. It was by far the shortest, but the story within was incredibly rich and enjoyable. If it had been the end of the series (like it was supposed to be),I would have had no problems. I am excited that there are more of them, but I am afraid that the books will soon become stale and repetitive. Hopefully not! :)
