This is the one I enjoyed the most, in spite of the characters' stupidity. I don't really understand why the author decided to extend this series for EIGHT more books! This could have ended right here, with a nice (though a little rushed) wrap up.

"Wanted" by Sara Shepard is the 8th installment of the Pretty Little Liars series. This book gives you all of the answers for all of the seven previous books on who this "A" person is terrorizing these girls.

Plot

This book definitely entertained me with all of the little twists that happened in it and just all of the crazy events that happen to these four girls.

Characters

Quick synopsis on the four main girls that these chapters follow: Aria is probably my absolute favorite in general, Spencer is way too gullible, Hannah was my least favorite and didn't like her character in the book compared to the show, and poor Emily is all I have to say about her. There's one character in this book where I absolutely love the madness, but I don't want to spoil anything for those wanting to read this book.

Plot

As crazy as the plot is, it does make sense, and it moves the story forward. It was a really crazy storyline for 10 years ago when it first came out, and it could still be seen as an amazing crazy ending.

Writing Style

My main critique of this book is the writing style. There are four chapters in a row where there's a lot of plot summarization. In my opinion, it's a little bit of lazy writing. There's also a part towards the end of the book that, instead of telling a story beautifully like she had been doing in a lot of these books, this one sells you everything at once. Personally, I'm not too fond of that.

Finished Product

Compared to the minor mistakes I caught in books six and seven, I did not catch any editing mistakes in this one, so it was well-edited.

Overall, it pains me to say this, but I have to give "Wanted" by Sara Shepard a 4 out of 5 stars, and I liked it.

This was a really satisfying ending to the story arc. Even though I had seen spoilers, it was still fun to read.

so let me get this straight...
they already know that
Spoiler Real Ali killed Courtney for pretending to be her. they know that Ali killed Jenna and Ian. They know that Ali was A.....

yet somehow there are still 8 more books? are you kidding me?
We have the answers to everything, yet it's still going to be dragged out?

let me guess. There's a new A. because
Spoiler Ali didn't die in the fire and is tormenting them again

seems to me like a bunch of unrealistic BS is gonna happen in book 9-16

This was a brilliant ending and I am content with the way this has ended. I don't know whether or not I will continue with this series because it finally explains what happened to Ali and what it mean when the physic told Aria that "Ali killed Ali". It made sense and these books are very different from the books because unlike the show the viewers still don't know who "A" is.

Short Review: I loved this book, it was a perfect way to end most of the story lines Sara had going on. Were they believable solutions? Eh, i had trouble with some. I rather not spoiler, but i will say, i felt grasping at straws, but it was well done. I am beyond anxious to see where this series is gonna go now thou. Lots of nail biting. Especially since it's written a couple months down the road, which this have always been pretty much back to back time frames so far. Very interesting to sees.
