So good!
I was afraid to start this series because I knew it was going to be good and it's unfinished but I've been in a book slump and I need to read a book that I knew the author would give me a great story with a bad a$$ heroin and of course she delivered! And with that epilogue I'm excited to see more of Dante's character! The thing I love most about Rachel's books is the FMC isn't walking in to a bunch of guys that who are already friends and that's how her harem is created. I can't wait to see the twists and turns that happen in this story but I can tell you right now if anything happens to Luc I will be devastated!

This book is amazing! It’s an enemies to lover ❤️
Welcome to Black Creek! The place where chaos reigns and no one is safe. If you’ve read some of Rachels other series, you’ll have met some of these characters before, but get ready to see them in all their glory.
I’ve been impatiently waiting for this series to start after I read Pac Prep and our introduction to it did not disappoint in the slightest. Our red haired vixen is truly going to give these guys a run for their money and I am here for it.
Sawyer, god damn girl, can I be you when I grow up? Serial killer stripper extraordinaire, this girl has got it all down pat. I was beyond ready to meet our heroin for this series, and damn is she a fantastic one. I’m going to love every minute of being in her head.
Cain and Oliver, hello boys, glad to see you again, you two are going to be all sorts of fun, I can already tell. These two are genuinely two sides of the same coin, where Cain is rough and abrasive, Oliver is a bit more sweet and gentle, or really when it comes to Sawyer that is.
Now you might be wondering, isn’t this a RH? Isn’t there supposed to be three or more guys for it to qualify? Yes, you would be correct, but if you’ve been around Rachels work for a hot minute, you’ll know she doesn’t like to give you all the answers right away, no she likes to keep you guessing, and that exactly what we’ll all do until the next one.
Who do you think will be in Sawyer’s harem? I certainly have my guesses, but with Rachel, you never know.

Holy crap! Rachel killed it with Book one! Red is such a bad ass chick! And Oliver ugh I just love him so much! Cain too. This is totally a 10/10 for me. I could not put it down once I started! I had to devour it! Rachel sure knows how to suck you into a story and not let you go! Im in a total book hangover! This one is definitely a 5-star read. It will hold your attention throughout the whole book! i can not wait to see what the rest of the series holds!

Great Start
Rebels & Rejects is the first book in RA Smyth’s newest series Black Creek.
Sawyer is the perfect FMC for this story. She is one strong woman who will do anything to keep her brother safe and give him a better life than she had.
The chemistry between Sawyer and Oliver was immediately brought to our attention and was off the charts hot

Like all of her books R.A. Smyth has started the Black Creek series off with a bang. While the start is slow the book kicks things into action once the characters and overall plot building was started. This book was a rollercoaster! This book is dripping with revenge plot and I am here for it.
Sawyer, the FMC, is feisty and she might be one of my favorite baddie heroines. She’s the perfect hardcore equal to the alphas and she doesn’t take shit from anyone. Our heroes are equal to Sawyer in every way and considering the possible rivalry between the potential members of her harem I’m interested in seeing how things will play out.
This book was hot, captivating, and so full of tension. We’ve only touched the tip of the iceberg or so it seems and I’m excited to see where Sawyer and her harem will progress in the series.

A lot of nothing happened, but I'm locked in for this story.
While Rebels & Rejects is a spin-off of the Pacific Prep series, the vibe is totally different. Black Creek is a much darker and more dangerous setting and it’s full of characters trying to make the town a better place.
Sawyer (aka Red) has spent years doing everything she could to look out for and provide for her little brother, Luc. She works a job she doesn’t love, provides information to a guy who gives her the creeps and has an after dark vigilante operation to keep her busy and bring in money. She’s fought for everything and makes it a point to steer clear of the Black Creek gangs to keep her life as uncomplicated as it can possibly be. Red is smart, calculating and capable - she’s such an interesting character with so many secrets and abilities that I feel like we just saw the tip of the iceberg here.
Cain and Oliver are the leader and second-in-command of the Rebel Rejects, a gang that’s making a name for themselves around Black Creek with fight clubs and strategically taking out rival gangs. Cain is dark, broody and has one heck of a prickly attitude, but he’s dedicated his life to getting revenge for his sister’s kidnapping years ago. Oliver is fresh out of prison and came back to help his childhood best friend get revenge. He’s a lot more calm and collected than Cain, but Red manages to throw both of them for a loop - driving them crazy, piquing their interest and continually running in and out of their gang dealings.
We only get a few interactions with Dante, Enzo and Lor so I’m not sure where things will go with all of them, but they’re all going to play some kind of role in how this story plays out and I’m excited to read it. I also love Red’s brother Luc and Jon “Bones,” who is a member of the Rebel Rejects. Their friendship is really unexpected but it was a fun addition to the story, especially with Red’s insistence that Luc stays far away from all things gang related.
And the epilogue?! I’m really excited to see where book 2 will take things for all of the characters we met in this book and to see how the harem ends up coming together!
