Like with many contemporary romances, the “haha I’m so funny” inner sarcastic banter got real old real fast. I couldn’t stand it and the info dumping in chapter 1. I have to many other books to read for me to “push through” a book that makes me roll my eyes.

I don’t usually like mistake identity but this works perfectly in this one. Dove somehow gets mistaken for her spy sister. Also, surprise she had no clue her sister was a spy. Not only was she in the dark but she must work with her handsome partner. This was a super fun ride!
