Mi è piaciuto lo stile, molto poetico ma anche semplice dove doveva esserlo, mi è piaciuto il tema del doppio, dello sdoppiarsi della personalità quando ti succedono cose nella vita, anche se non so se ho capito bene il senso del romanzo.

In misura minore non mi sono piaciute le incursioni brutali nell’esplicito - a quanto pare tipiche dell’autore - e non mi è particolarmente andato a genio il finale, che non so se mi ha dato quello che mi doveva dare.

best book by Murakami I’ve read, a story about love, loss and friendship.

This is the first Murakami book I've read and I didn't really know what to expect. I love the style of writing. It accurately reflects inner thoughts in a poetic way but some of the concepts are so abstract a lot of it just goes over my head.
