I really don't have a lot to say except I really enjoyed this! The characters were like-able and easy to read kinda mindlessly. The plot was quick but made enough sense for me to not have any complaints. I found myself laughing at parts and finding other parts ridiculously cute.
I haven't been in a reading mood all year and this might(emphasis on might) have gotten me back in the mood for reading.

This book had me giggling and laughing out loud. I loved it so much UNTIL the grand gesture moment 🤦🏻♀️. Proclaiming your love at an elementary school assembly is not cute, it’s weird. So weird, and so inappropriate. Kids do not want to witness that and would not be cheering them on; also, the adults in the building would be appalled escorting these two jimbronees off the premises. I usually suspend a lot of belief and embrace cheesiness, but this scene gave me the ick.
I would've liked this more if the dialogue wasn't so cringy, but it was cute and kept me interested, so yeah.

It was light and fun, filled with a great cast of characters. Definitely fast paced and a bit insta-love/he falls first and fast. I would have liked for the resolution to be drawn out a bit more. It was over too fast.
Good narrators, but I wish the male narrator would have given more emotion. It all sounded the same from him, even when he was supposedly declaring his undying love.
Would I read more? Yup, I’ll definitely check out more in this world.

Honestly I expected more spice considering other books by this author. Overall enjoyable.
