Perfectly Imperfect series has been my go to cure for any reading slump. Dark, dramatic, and full of obsessive mafia men who make “you’re mine” sound like a threat and a love language.

Kai was possessive in all the best ways…but he left her. And when he came back? Barely any groveling! Sir, a broody stare and one apology won’t cut it. You abandoned her, not forgot to do the dishes.

Still entertaining and addictive as always, just needed more emotional payoff to match the drama.
