I really enjoyed reading this more than I thought I would. Love a good slow burn and this left me wanting more after each chapter I read.
this book was a very family oriented work. it represented love for your child, no matter the circumstances of their life. i love the idea of a child that gets the love they deserve from both parents. i’d give this book a 6/10, i love the split character narrative.
TIK TOK you don't stop...to the TIK TOK you don't stop...so I would have never known about this story without...wait for it...TIK TOK. I saw a video for it on my FYP and was SOLD. So two birds one stone situation I got an amazing, addicting love story AND I found myself a new author with a backlist of books for me to one click and read. I am a fan. This story was quick to connect, pulled on my heartstrings, had the perfect amount of angst that kept me GLUED to my kindle as I plowed through it. I HAD to see how it would all play out. I absolutely adored this story and I am forever grateful to the Tik Tok community for placing it in front of me. LOVED IT. xo

Things I liked:
- Claire was so precious. I loved her a lot and I especially loved seeing her with Isaac.
- Aubrey’s character was so well done. I loved her complexities and her depth. The representation of how her pain affected her life was really great too.
- Isaac was so sweet. I loved his gentle calm nature and how steady he was.
Things I didn’t like:
- The writing style was interesting and took me a bit of time to get used to.

This book was cute - I loved the second chance romance and the way it all turned out. It was a good start to the story with their 'hour' and then fast forwarding 4 years later. I do wish we had more of a glimpse of what happened in those 4 years and then the ending felt sort of rushed. But overall , I enjoyed this book - It was my first glimpse into the author and I was a fan!
Finished it but was bored with it. Isaac and Aubrey. One night stand turned into going seperate ways and then a baby. Four years later he’s the surgeon that walks in to operate on the little girl. Then she moves in way to fast and everything falls into place way to easily even though he was just engaged. She also is stand offish but not - sending big mixed signals. Just wasn’t feeling it at all.
