An interesting book that beaks cycles of thought and poetry into exercises and instructions. At first the whimsical nature of the writing was deterring, but upon getting used to it and accepting the nature of the book I found myself able to use it to understand different ways of thinking.

I'm not rating the book itself, I'm rating this collection as an art piece or a series of instructions. Paper just happens to be the means of transporting her expression of art to us the reader, or viewer.

I don’t like how much I liked this…but I really really liked it. I could feel the paper falling off the presents I have in my life, seeing them naked for the first time

Yoko is in the hall of fame for committing to the bit.
Really interesting look into her creative process and underlying ethos. Her notes on violence and consumption throughout were timeless and thoughtful. Some pieces made me stop reading and just think for a bit, some made me laugh and others I had no idea what she was on about.
