Oh my goodness, I laughed, I cried, I enjoyed hearing her read her own book with all her little giggles and inflections. It was very faith heavy, which I loved, but have seen lots of reviews steering away from it for that reason. Not so much what I was looking for as far as meditations, but entertaining just the same.

This was a really interesting read. There were many nuggets from Kristin's wide ranging career from stage and screen. It was written in such a way it was like she was sitting in front of you telling you the stories herself. The one thing I did not like about this book was the heavy Christian themes and many quotes from The Bible. I am not religious and am unsure if I had picked up this book I knew about the large amount of Christianity within it. None the less this was an enjoyable read and I would love to hear more of Kristin's stories.

I've read/listened to a handful of celebrity bios/memoirs/whatever you'd like to call them, and the content varies wildly. I'm not sure what this book was supposed to be. Each chapter included personal stories, a Bible verse, and a meditation. I found it strange.

But it was short and it was fine. If you like KC, you might find it interesting.
