I enjoyed this book very much! Grumpy and sunshine done just how I like it. It deviates a bit from the other books set up but I didn’t mind! A great Christmas read

I absolutely adore Lyssa Kay Adams. Her humor, the dramatic plots, the swoony romance. I loved this book just as much as the rest of the Bromance Book Club series, though I will say Gretchen and Colton's ending felt pretty abrupt. I wish we had had a few more pages of their HEA and story wrap up. All in all, another excellent entry in the series.

I only regret reading these so fast that I have to wait for upcoming titles. I wanted a little more epilogue vengeance like seeing Gretchen's brother fall on his own whiskey decanter or something even more spiteful. Read cover to cover minus a pause to watch The Grinch with the family and a wrapped reading bedtime story.

Fun, easy to read, grumpy sunshine Christmas romance. It still has the whole crew from previous books and focuses on country star Colton Wheeler. Nothing incredible, nothing bad, just a good fun book.

Gretchen was not a very likeable character for the first 2/3 of the book… it was a very slow start and her bath humbug attitude seemed so over the top it was off putting… Colton was lovely and gone for her from the start…
As the story progresses, her reactions and lack of emotion or feeling makes a lot more sense. The climax, grand gesture, and ending redeemed the book. I’m glad I didn’t DNF it because the second half was lovely. The found family, the grumpy/sunshine, the dual grand gesture redemption was great!
I’m glad I read this to continue the Bromance canon…

CW: toxic and manipulative family, childhood abuse memories, childhood neglect

I am so sad this series is over! Colton was my favorite.

I feel that all the previous books in the series were so good that this time it was difficult to surpass them and indeed it did not. It even gets a little boring in the middle. A little too spread. Got 4 stars because it's a really good book and the author is good and the series is excellent but maybe I should have stopped at Vlad
