This story is magic. This is one of those books that has you hugging it to your chest and gives you all the different feelings. The characters are well developed that is easy to fall into love (or disgust) with them. The writing overall is whimsical and I adored it. I am sad at all the adult responsibilities I had that kept me from devouring it, but it allowed me to savor the story just a little longer.

Même si ça m’a pris très longtemps à lire ce livre, j’ai adoré son monde qui me faisait constamment pensé aux univers qu’on retrouve dans les classiques de Disney. J’espère même qu’il en devienne un un jour qui sait 🤞🏼. Bref, un livre qui fait remettre en question nos choix de vie, mais avec une simplicité telle et une beauté par ses paysages colorés et ses personnages qui redonnent espoir en la vie.
