this was super confusing for me, so much so that in some scenes i had no idea who was even speaking. so i struggled a bit with the way it was written, but i did have fun and laugh a lot and i loved the characters! hopefully i remember whatever i understood as i read the next book lol
I adore the intense whiplash of: beautiful, heartwrenching prose to silly meme and one piece reference and back again. You ache for the characters when they hurt and rejoice when they get what they need. If you like fun blends of sci-fi and fantasy that have aggressively queer characters this one is for you.
