Helpful look at the stories associated with our Enneagram number. While I don’t relate to everything about my number I enjoyed this approach to looking at the Enneagram.

The book is extremely interesting and does a good job describing the drawbacks and highlights better than any other articles on the topic. However, as it goes through each enneagram in detail, may of them are not pertinent to a reader's life so the book is easier largely skipped or not as relevant.

The Enneagram through the lens of the central story we tell ourselves isn't too far of a step away from introductory Enneagram books but the compilation of quotes from folks Ian has had on Typology added flavor to each chapter

An enneagram book focused on the how of your type in growth and health. Really like the story perspective and angle of adaptive childhood strategies that hold you back in adulthood. Quick read.

I didn’t find this book very informative. The author did a lot of name dropping which got super old.
