Well written and with just the right mix of theory and real world application. Like how they broke out implementation for leaders of leaders and front line

The concept was interesting, but it felt like a sales pitch throughout the book.
This was suggested to me by a colleague, and I really got quite a bit out of. It talks a great deal about how to achieve ultimate goals to move an organization forward, while not discounting what it called "the whirlwind," that day-to-day craziness that must also get done. It's given me much food for thought.
this took me forever to get through. I find that most books I read for work are longer than they need to be. I would really prefer to read an article of the main concepts and move on...this book could have been covered in a nice concise article.
Assigned text for school. There were a few good takeaways that Iād love to implement at work.
This is a fantastic book for someone trying to get a team to focus on improving their performance amidst the constant whirlwind of daily work. Born from years of consultation, the Covey group put together their experience and this book is the result. I have started putting it into practice in my company and we have seen results. Practical advice and tools accompany every step of the way. If you are a leader in a company, I highly recommend reading and rereading this book.

The joke answer at our household is that this is about guillotine techniques. Honestly, that ā rather than the business book that it is ā would be far more interesting and helpful. Read for a Realtor Book Club. Toothbrush book
