The worldbuilding is interesting. The book itself didn’t grip me at first (maybe it’s 3.5 stars? Unsure) but it turned out quite promising eventually, though it felt slow. I am looking forward to seeing what happens to Corayne and Andry, Sorasa and Dom, Charlie and Sigil.

Plot- 2/5🔆

This one somehow lost me. I continued to fall asleep while reading it, which seems like a red flag. After the first book, this one seemed kind of...boring? I DNFed about 50% in. I might try to pick it up at a later time.

literally nothing happened in this sequel..
Realm breaker was a 3star read for me, so I was hoping the sequel would get me more invested in the story/the characters but nope.
I still don't like the characters. The plot is literally non existent (open portal-close portal-repeat).. it just feels like an endless repetition.

I couldn't care less about what happens in the third installment tbh.
I'm such a red queen stan that I'll probably read it anyway but damn girl get to the point of your plot and wrap that shit up. These books don't compare to her red queen series in the slightest and I don't mean that in a good way.
