Nothing overly interesting, but good to see Magnus again.

I would give a small fortune for Morgan to write more about Magnus and Maddox because this was the most precious thing I have ever read in my life. broMANCEEE

This book is useless. There is no reason for anyone to read it in order to read the Falling Kingdoms series. It's a nice story, but it's irrelevant...

I wanted this story to answer some questions but it felt more like an unnecessary addition to the world of Mytica. I wish Maddox and Magnus could have spent more time together and have went on a longer adventure. Overall I enjoyed the extra time spent with the characters.

I was glad to part ways (completely) with this series with something I actually enjoyed. Plus it made me curious about the other series, which I wasn't particularly keen on starting before.

I really enjoyed this short story. I loved the cross over between the two series. My only complaint is that it was way too short for the story that was told. There was so much missing and so many unanswered questions that I'm not sure it counts as a completed story. I hope that the remaining books in the series fill in the blanks.
