This was definitely sooo much better the second time around. I'm not gonna lie, I am such a sucker for these strong, independent, the IDGAF type of characters. Nicolette was all of the above with a side of sass. Her boys, lawd

This series is…difficult at times. There’s a distinct lack of warning about there being DV, which is what it is. The amount of times the men hit or slap the FMC is disgusting, even if it is in sexy times.
There are times that the MMCs are so incredibly tough that the FMC is covered in welts, bruises, and bleeding.
There’s absolutely SA on page several times, DV, BDSM, non con, dub con, primal and blood play. Just be warned.

So when she is called to meet some people to lure someone in that they want intel on she shows up and Sacha, Vas, Bodhi and Oliver are there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s no secret that I LOVED this when it was originally in the Violent Tendencies antho. Then Suki went and doubled it up and dropped me a new series to salivate over.

The premise of this book was great and the chemistry between the characters was good. It had so much repetition within the same chapters that I had to keep re-reading parts because I didn’t understand.
