A lot of emotions to go through in this book. Really easy and quick read.
Clara thinks her life is pretty perfect. Her Dad is her rock and her Aunt is the best and helps with all her secrets. So when her family is rocked by the death of her Dad, she struggles to find which way is up. And her relationship with her Mum is getting harder and more frustrating.

it pains me to rate a colleen hoover book 5 stars, but this one was really good :/
this is the second time i have read a colleen hoover book without skipping pages when i get bored which i consider an achievement!
First, if Clara was in my family she would be deported to Nigeria and she wouldn’t be allowed back until she learnt her lesson. If i disrespected my mother the way she did.. honestly just call a funeral home for me that’s all i have to say. The way Morgan let her get away with so much stuff puts me into shock because if i said that to my mother i might as well pack my bags and get a one way ticket to Nigeria and i know for sure i won’t be coming back for a long time…
Miller is alright i liked him he was chill in my defence.
Jonah is babe loved him this whole entire book!!
Fuck Jenny and Chris stupid bitches they had there affair and it caught up to them and they died
HAHAHA
Honestly i was waiting for a plot twist the that the affair was fake and it was just a coincidence or they were planning something for Morgan but it didn’t happen so… oh well
Generally liked the writing for the book quick and fast paced.

What a lovely read! I continue to be pleasantly surprised at Hoover's ability to draw the reader in using only a few mere words. I always find myself hooked extremely early in her stories, and don't lose interest up until I close the book for good. I really enjoyed the unique plot of this book, and was very pleased at the themes that came alongside the romance. Books that highlight motherly love and include parental figures as main characters I thoroughly enjoy, as they bring something to the table that I do not find myself typically reading. From the beginning, I was rooting for Morgan and Clara despite how at times all you wanted to do was scream at them. (This mainly references Clara.) However, even when I was annoyed by a character's choices, I simultaneously found myself empathizing with them, as Hoover does an excellent job at displaying the complexities that come along with grief. It also is extremely refreshing to include a character such as Miller, as he is sickeningly sweet in every single way, and is someone each person aspires to take after. Loved this book, and would highly recommend to almost anyone; no matter what genre you're into, anyone can appreciate the raw beauty this book offers.
Moderate: Death, Drug use, Death of parent
Wow I loved this book. It was messy and sad but had two great romances. I loved depiction of the ups and downs of a mother-daughter relationship. Highly recommend!!

A little predictable and overhyped, but I will still read anything Colleen Hoover writes
