I have never heard of this author before. I was very interested to read his work and what I would think of it. Now I have been reading a lot of poetry lately and that is because I've been trying to feel more. I am giving this one 4 stars because as much as I did enjoy it, it doesn't really compare much to the other collections I have read recently. I hope to read this one again at another time in my life any maybe it will make me feel something more.
Not as deep as I would have thought, an easy reading before going to sleep. The sketches are a nice touch.

This isn’t a book that needs to be read like a novel. This book is affirmations, gratitude, self-love, guidance, advice, appreciation, dedication and so much more for HER! It’s like a circle formed around you full of people who know your worth. You’ll find your favorites in here. Sentiments that were made in HER honor. I’ve already read it in its entirety twice. Once to see what the hype was about. And this time to find my favorites.
