if you’re looking for a sci fi book steeped in botany this is the one for you! the book meanders through the creation of the world and then all of a sudden picks up in the last section, but it was done in a way that made me so curious for the following book(s) in the series.
there were small plot holes, but they didn’t detract from the story for me.
