I am so disappointed in this book. I loved the first one but sadly not this one. The smut: top shelf. Everything else was a chore to read. Too long. Too boring. Too much crying. Too much internal discussion of emotions. Too many other woman drama. Too many third act breakups. Way too much drama!
I dislike a RH where not everyone is on board. The FMC always turns into a whiney asshole and Eden is no exception. The tension and fighting was so intense it became incredibly unpleasant to read. Do get me started on the bad decisions Eden made. Or how badly she treated the MMCs when they didn’t want to share. There where a lot of unlikeable characters however; I adore Beau. It's too bad that the Beau and Dom were constantly fight because the scenes between Eden and them were amazing.

DNF @40% - it takes ALOT for me to dnf a book. The first one was so good, and this one has all the makings of being a fun read, but the part I’m abandoning it at, there’s so much angst surrounding people being stubborn and miscommunication. I understand SOME miscommunication in RH, but when 3.5 of the 5 interests are being thick, then I’m done.
The relationships started devolving and it got annoying to me
Again, the voice cast knocks it out of the fucking stratosphere. I almost wish all audiobooks were done this way.
The writing is typically pretty good and sometimes transcendent. It can get a little fanficish -- Eden goes from zero to I-will-die-for-you kinda fast, even for a post-apocalyptic world -- but it did not dim my enjoyment of this in the slightest. The characters develop gorgeously (AND I LOVE THEM); the humor actually got me giggling; and I, uh, cried. A lot. Check those trigger warnings, indeed.
If there's one thing I'm MAD about - the damn cliffhangers!

I did not like this book...won't go as far as to say I hated it but it was close.
I decided to DNF at 60%.
I was initially enjoying it...until the guys finally caught up with Eden and from that point on (chapter 6ish I think) it just kept getting worse.
Eden...I found her to be whiny and plain insufferable, her incessant inner monologue grated, one because it was so repetitive with her learning nothing and 2 because it was utter nonsense and petty.
I am not at all experienced or an expert in BSDM but I hated that they didn't have proper conversations (or any conversations) with Eden before any of the scenes...she had clearly stated on day 1 how little knowledge/experience she had and that annoyed me.
I hated how quickly the guys were to throw away lifelong relationships over a girl they had known for a month (insta love is a peeve).
When I dnf, I skip to the final chapter, for 'closure"...I think if I had read all 700+ pages and got to the end, I would've been raging. Eden, again
, self absorbed and petty allowed them to walk into Cyanide City knowing the deal she had made...yeah, I won't be reading book 3!
