I’m so gagged by the ending like.. hello?!
Okay this one was so much more of a rollercoaster than book 1
I was extremely pissed at Dom like?? When they went to rescue Eden and he was surprised by heather being there n kept staring at her? Ugh men
It’s so cute how all the civilians love jayck he deserves all this love and support fr and realize he’s so much worth than what his shitty past is. ‘’ “I know a sister wasn’t what you bargained for, but you’ve landed one, so be nice to her. I already know you’re the best big brother she could have. ‘’ plus he’s so funny
Honestly dom’s character development goes crazy I love all the emotions we got to see from him and jayck, also love how he redeemed himself and tried to change the way he does things so the civilians feel comfortable with him ( green flag hot af behavior) love the personal growth

This is one of the few times I’ve continued a series I wasn’t 100% into and had it pay off. After reading Ensnared, I didn’t truly love the characters and wasn’t too sure about the plot. Because it left me with so many questions, I decided to start Entangled. About halfway through, I was getting close to wanting to DNF it. I was getting frustrated with how much shit Eden was taking. I’m glad I stuck to it and got to see her begin to stand up for herself. If you’re not sure about continuing the series but you were still interested when you finished book 1, I’d recommend reading it. I’m excited for book 3!
Finally, my first 5* review of the year! I have struggled to find any that really hold my interest...but THIS. This is just a whole angsty, emotional rollercoaster of a read.
Each character has made me both love and hate them at times, because the emotions are just all out there. The way the author writes just tugs you along with them, and you just feel everything. The pure need for survival just seems to alleviate every feeling and emotion.
There are times throughout where I have paused and wondered...what would I do in this situation? Could I do the same, would it be different? Each MMC is so well developed and three dimensional that you can imagine them so clearly, and they are each so very different but complimentary to the group. There is no confusion trying to remember who is who, and when you aren't reading both the characters and the story sticks with you. It has been a little while since I read the first book, and whilst waiting for this one I still thought about the characters and the book.
The author just manages to get the right balance for the plot, romance and spice...and the spice is
